Every piece is handmade to order. Orders are processed immediately upon purchase. Please allow an estimated 8–10 weeks from your purchase date for production and delivery. You will receive production updates as your order progresses.

Shop Legacy from anywhere in the US. Shipping service, cost, and timing are confirmed for your selected pieces and destination before you commit. White glove service is quoted according to the address and access requirements.

Ready-to-order pieces

Products offered for online purchase include their listed configuration and price. Review dimensions, materials, availability, and the delivery options offered for your address before paying.

Custom furniture

Choose your dimensions, leather, hide, and finishing details with our team. Your written proposal confirms specifications, price, production timing, payment schedule, and purchase terms before your order is placed. A consultation request does not place an order or charge your card.

White glove delivery · custom quoted

White glove delivery is quoted individually for your pieces, destination, and access needs. Tell us about stairs, elevators, parking, placement, unpacking, and your preferred timing. Your written quote confirms the included services, delivery price, and schedule before you commit.

Delivery is not included in product prices or free showroom pickup. Request your delivery quote before paying for a purchase that needs delivery.

Showroom pickup

Showroom pickup is available at 6601 Horizon Road, Suite G. Choose pickup at checkout and wait for confirmation before collecting your order. Pickup must be arranged in advance.

Timing, changes & returns

Production timing and any cancellation or return conditions are provided with your order. Please review them before paying, particularly for custom pieces. If you have questions about an existing order or delivery, contact us directly.
