Where is the Legacy Ranch Interiors showroom?
Visit Legacy Ranch Interiors at 6601 Horizon Road, Suite G, Rockwall, Texas 75032, serving Rockwall, Heath, and the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Call or text 469-264-0342 to discuss a piece or arrange your visit.
When is the showroom open?
The showroom is open Monday through Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday is closed.
Are the pieces handmade, and how long do orders take?
Every piece is handmade to order. Orders are processed immediately upon purchase. Please allow an estimated 8–10 weeks from your purchase date for production and delivery. You will receive production updates as your order progresses.
Can I purchase furniture online?
Yes. Pieces with an Add to bag button can be purchased online in the listed configuration. Select your configuration before adding it to your bag. Other pieces offer a personal quote or consultation to confirm the specifications and arrange your order.
Does Legacy ship furniture outside Texas?
Yes. Legacy Ranch Interiors ships furniture across the United States. Shipping and white glove delivery are quoted individually for your pieces, destination, and access requirements. Delivery is not included in product prices. Request your delivery quote before paying for an order that needs delivery.
Can I customize the leather, finish, or dimensions?
Discuss your preferred leather, finish, dimensions, and room requirements with Legacy. Options vary by piece. Your written proposal confirms the available materials, final specifications, price, production timing, and purchase terms before a custom order is placed.
Do product images show the exact finished piece?
Product captions identify custom color visualizations, digitally staged rooms, and design studies where applicable. Use these images to discuss your direction, and confirm the selected materials, dimensions, and configuration with Legacy before ordering. Natural materials can vary in appearance.
Can I pick up my furniture at the showroom?
Yes. Showroom pickup is available by prior arrangement at 6601 Horizon Road, Suite G. Select pickup where offered at checkout and wait for Legacy to confirm that your order is ready before collecting it.
