White glove service is quoted individually. Your quote specifies whether room placement, unpacking, assembly, or packaging removal is included. Service options depend on your destination and selected furniture; confirm the written scope before ordering.
Ordering from outside Texas
You can choose furniture and discuss a commission without visiting the showroom. Send useful room photos, measurements, your ZIP code, and desired timing. For a custom piece, review the agreed dimensions, materials, price, production timing, and delivery terms in your written proposal.

Do you ship across the United States?
Yes. We ship across the US, with delivery arrangements and pricing confirmed for your address and selected pieces.
Is delivery included in the furniture price?
No. Shipping and white glove delivery are individually quoted. Request your delivery quote before paying for a purchase that needs delivery.
How long will production and delivery take?
Every piece is handmade to order. Orders are processed immediately upon purchase. Please allow an estimated 8–10 weeks from your purchase date for production and delivery. You will receive production updates as your order progresses.
Can I collect my order in Texas?
Showroom pickup is available by prior arrangement at 6601 Horizon Road, Suite G, Rockwall, TX 75032. Wait for confirmation before collecting your order.
